Loan Pre-Approval
The case for a pre-approval letter: A pre-Approval letter is a letter that states that a lender has looked at your income, debt, and creditworthiness and puts its stamp of approval in form of a letter to show any concerned home seller that you the buyer has the financial capability to purchase their home.
Is it required: It is an added advantage to you the buyer when competing to purchase a house with other prospects. This document although not required is so important that most sellers will not consider an offer to purchase their home without it. I know firsthand most experienced Realtors will not show properties without it.
Why you ask: Often some buyers find a house that they fall in love with and during the loan process discover that something they were unaware of will stop them from getting financing. This is not only a disappointment for the buyer but also places the buyer at risk of potentially losing their earnest money for lack of fulfilling their agreement with the seller.
Here at Move Texas Realty, we do not want you to be surprised, disappointed or risk losing your earnest money during the loan process. For the convenience of our clients, we aligned ourselves with Denise King NMLS 216330 at Cornerstone Home Lending to start your preapproval process at the same time you shop for your home. That way you will be the first to know when to start making offers backed with the confidence of your preapproval letter. For over 30 years Ms. King has been successfully bridging the gap in homeownership by providing timely coordinated mortgage loans to the people of Houston and the Gulf Coast region of Texas.
